Robin was responsive when the shipper delayed the package. It sat for a week before getting to a USPS carrier but it wasn't Robin's fault. It finally arrived late. It was packaged so beautifully. This would make a fantastic gift. This was for myself and even though it was late, I felt like I was opening up a surprise gift for myself with great anticipation. The earrings weren't light green like the picture. They were more white and that was a little disappointing but the quality was very good in the carving and the earring attachment. There is a very small chip in the jade but it's on the back side so it won't show - probably easy to happen because of the delicate carving. This is worth the wait and is very beautiful.
