Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your SpringCity Dream jewelry — but if something isn't quite right, we’re here to help!

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and in its original condition
  • In its original packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or there was a mistake with your order.

Please contact us at customercare@springcitydream.com before sending your item back. We’ll provide instructions and the return address.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the refund status.

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or mistake on our part.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized pieces
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Items showing signs of wear or damage

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like to get a different item, please place a new order and request a return for the original.
