  • Our jade comes from Yunnan, China — my hometown and a region near Myanmar, the global center of jade. We work with trusted local suppliers to hand-select quality jade for each piece. Every design is crafted with care and handmade using high-quality materials like 925 sterling silver and gold plating, ensuring durability and comfort — even for sensitive skin.
  • Absolutely! All our jewelry comes in elegant, ready-to-gift packaging at no extra cost. Special preserved flower gift package is also available, check it here.
  • Since most of our packages are shipped internationally and carriers vary by country, it's difficult for us to guarantee express delivery times. For this reason, we don’t currently offer express shipping. We’re sorry for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding!
  • Depending on the production technique, we can customize some of our jewelry pieces. If you have a special request or idea in mind, feel free to contact us and send us your requirements — we’d love to see what we can create for you!
  • Once your order ships, you'll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number and direct link to track your package. You can also log into your account on our website to view order status and tracking information. Most carriers provide real-time updates including pickup, transit, and delivery confirmation.
  • Order changes or cancellations must be requested before the shipment. To request a change or cancellation, contact our customer service team immediately with your order number.
  • All of our jewelry are one size fits all and adjustable. You should not need change size. If you have specific requirement about size, please message us before shipping.
  • Our jade jewelry is made from genuine, natural jade — which means no two pieces are exactly the same. Slight variations in color and pattern are part of what makes each piece unique. If the exact shade is important to you, feel free to message us before placing your order, and we’ll be happy to share a photo of the specific jade piece we’ll be sending.
  • Yes — we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in original packaging. Please note that customers are responsible for returning shipping cost unless the product is confirmed with manufacturing defect. Contact us to initiate a return.
  • Most of our jewelry is made from 925 sterling silver and plated with gold, which is generally friendly to sensitive skin. Please check the product listing for detailed material information.
  • If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage and your order number. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. We work with our shipping partners to minimize damage during transit, but accidents can happen. Most damage claims are resolved within 24-48 hours.
